Hi there, my name is Jimmy Boswell and I am a Gluten free chef, author, food writer and food stylist. I also offer In-home cooking classes.

    Hi Jim,
    My step-father just purchased your gluten free cookbook to give him some ideas about cooking for his coeliac grandkids and my gluten intolerant husband. It looks like a great resource! One entry had me a bit puzzled though. It’s the soy sauce substitute and I was curious why you wouldn’t simply use tamari which is very close in flavour but usually made with absolutely no gluten!
